·A Busan accommodation has come under fire after a Japanese BTS fan posted screenshots online of staff responding to routine booking inquiries with abusive language.
·The fan, who identified as a woman, said on Sunday that she had booked a hotel in Busan through an online travel agency app and messaged the property to ask about the space and its check-in procedure, only to receive a string of insults in response.
·In the shared screenshots, the fan asks how to check in, whether the hotel has an elevator and whether there is any risk of her reservation being automatically canceled.
·Instead of answering, the staff member allegedly replies with a Korean expletive that roughly translates to "what a wretched little beggar" and tells her to "go ahead and cancel." "I had heard that reservations are sometimes canceled without notice, so I was just asking out of anxiety," the woman wrote.
